We had conducted VBS in three areas this year.
One in Jothibasu’s house, Nanganallur, where 40 to 50 students participated. Priya, Jothibasu, Srimathi basu handled the students. Sumithra and Evangeline assisted them.
2nd one in Magesh’s house, Kilkattalai, where Sadhana, John, Daniel, Deepu handled 45 students. Magesh’s daughter (Priya) assisted.
3rd one in Raja’s house, Ullagaram, where 45 to 50 students attended. Bella, Joice, Masilamani, Sam, Vasanthakumar handled.
The final day celebrations were held on 16th Sun, evening from 5.30pm at Pastor Uncle’s House. All the children were brought through the van.
Programme was compered by John and Priya. Very excellently organised. Really, our people trained the children like anything. All the students told the memory verses. Then, Dances, Skits, and choreographs.
Jothibasu, as usual, conducted a comedy filled VBS showpiece. Aamai Muyal dance, Nova thatha dance were super. A choreo done by Vignesh and co. was extremely superb.
Finally, there was a Fashion show.
Our children, wearing the breastplates of fruits of the spirit, had a catwalk on the dais. It was an excellent Idea.
As a whole, the programme was enjoyable.
Really we thank all those who took much pain and efforts to make this VBS a grand success. And also, thanks for those who contributed their money, assistance etc.
